Real Benelli stocks run $100+ and I am not even sure if they fit the turkish copies. I know I’m late to this discussion, but I did just what you are considering. Turned Panzer m4 into H2O clone. Duracoated and replaced PG stock with a “Turknelli” fixed stock from deltamike.co.n. It was around 75 after shipping.

This has got to be one of the least expensive semi-auto shotguns available. Apparently these are marketed as Benelli M2 Clones which is crazy considering the price that Benelli charges.
