I'm positive its either +6% or -1,8% luck. Stamina shrine removes movement penalty for attacking for short time so you move the same speed as if you weren't attacking.
Something cooler and more dramatic. It only happens once but the only way you can tell is by the death and looking at the timer, as the timer it self goes back by the 60 seconds/1 min. So I decided to experiment with Kront's Sign of the Meteor (1 Armor = 1.2 Attack Damage%) and started with 200+ armor and 100 base attack damage. When I started doing ~400 damage per swing I got more and more armor from boons and shrines, but it kept doing only 400 damage even though the percentage was over +800%.
