HST is not particularly good thru safety glass and does not meet FBI standards for that test. For that reason, I would choose the Critical Duty or any Gold Dot load over any of the HST loads.
124 is simply more popular. So its in higher demand. 124gr is spec weight for most militaries and law enforcement agencies.
