Technically all loyalist Space Marines except for Dark Angels, Ultramarines, some of their successors, and a few mystery chapters from unknown (i.e. traitors or lost) genestock are defective. Some have it worse than most, but Space Wolves have one of the worst defects as it drastically impedes their recruiting.
