You do not need to complete the entire deck to score a 132 on the P/S section, and you are also unlikely to score a 132 if you use the deck alone without practicing any questions. Those principles hold for any Anki deck. If you choose to use the deck, I recommend suspending the content that you know well and focusing on your areas of weakness.
