Limit individual device bandwidth. Moving to a Cox area. Been searching all over trying to find if the Panoramic router can limit up/down speeds on individual devices. Many non-Cox routers have this feature and just trying to see if I get it with the Panoramic if I rent it. Just to be clear, I'm not looking at regular QOS prioritization.
