I minimized. I was carrying a tier 1 with a light. They are nice holsters but too bulky with sharper edges. The Velo body contour built in wedge is great plus you don't have to replace it like those foam wedges every few months. My draw is faster as well out of the velo. I like the abdo mag pouch from tenicor as well. The VELO holster is intelligently designed, easy to conceal, and built for everyday carry. It is an appendix carry holster intended to be worn in front of the hip around one o’clock (for right-handed shooters). Bulky heavy clothes are no longer required. The VELO enhances your ability to carry a gun every day, even in tailored or athletic ... It’s basically the same thing but it doesn’t have the body contour wedge (I’ve had bad luck with wedges). It’s adjustable so can be used at appendix or 4:30. And the best part is the lux. Lux is Latin for light. The velo lux and certum lux can hold multiple light models and keep the retention of the firearm with or without the light. Waste of money, the Velo 4 is far superior and the retention screw doesn't work double duty for the claw. The biggest problem I have w/ Tenicor is the limited selection on models they make holsters for, its so comfortable that it limits my decisions on what my next handgun would be. Really wish they would make a Velo 4 for the CZ P-01/Compact.

I had the chance to pick up a Velo 4 2nd hand many months ago. Being a south paw, is was a steal. Initially I hated the wedge. The pressure on my pelvis was just too much for daily. I threw it in the pile. Planning on repurposing it or flipping it. I came back to it last month. Threw it in and released the belt a bit.
