BNSF Multiple Question Thread (Conductor) Hello, I’m in the process of becoming a Conductor trainee for BNSF. There’s multiple questions I have and am curious what everyone has to say. Training: From my understanding, weeks 1-4 are at your local yard, 5-7 in Kansas, and 8-remainder of training are at your local yard.
