Currently there is a Dweller Must Die Mode where you do much more damage and weapon conditions deteriorate much slower than normal, but enemies will also do much more damage so planning encounters/combat is much more important. High Risk was also the last rotating mode, but that was more of a PvP mode.

Dweller Must Die is the closest we have to Fallout survival in Fallout 76. All the devs need to do is make it permanent instead of the lousy Fallout Worlds rotation schedule and add a few additional tweaks like add the original Hunger/Thirst mechanic to it.
