12 posts · Joined 2019. #1 · Oct 2, 2019. I have a 2010 GMC Acadia and the AC is not working. I took it to my mechanic and they said the rear condensor is leaking and has to be replaced for about $2000. Which is crazy. Has anybody ever some how cut off the rear AC so just the front works?

Just wanted to share an experience with our 2015 GMC Acadia. At about 14,700 miles our AC stopped blowing cool air. Of course this happens at the peak of the heat of summer.
