The easiest amara build to make is a ties that bind build with phasezerker class mod. That seems closer to what you're asking for. It does really good damage for general mobbing, and is solid for bossing. Driver has a higher damage ceiling, but it's harder to use and can be pretty annoying to play around. 6.

Blade Fury Amara is very light on requirements for being functional while having an incredibly high ceiling. In other words, you do not need god rolls for it to work. Hell, Unleash the Dragon is an incredibly easy farm, since it can only roll 2 out of three stats, although I personally prefer an Elemental Stone White Elephant or Static Charge.
