The 30's internals R stock. I did replace the original G 30 recoil rod w/my OEM recoil rod from the G 36. I have a 23 and a 30SF (same grip as 30s). I prefer the full grip of the 23, the 30 has to use an oversize magazine base to accommodate my pinky; the gap between the mag base and frame is a pinky pincher (for me) , can be mostly filled with a plumbing o-ring.
