I think castrol is about the best synthetic out there but if you find one better it is not too late to change brands so long as it is a full synthetic brand.I have a 2007 gsx-r 750 that i just used amsoil 10w40 in and i can hear a little valve tapping now. Oil selection basically comes down to personal preference, but I went with the Amsoil product. All tests and reviews that I have read seem to put the Amsoil on top. Decide for yourself.
