Once you have the Nagakiba, she will spawn at the church. Confirmed on 2 characters. 4.It's R2's are great, really good at roll catching people. The arcane scaling on it is currently broken so its not doing the intended damage, that being said it is a pretty fun weapon and the bleed procs can still carry it damage wise.
