The only issue is the placement for the shifter cables is not the same as K20z3.. The cables will not bolt up to the bracket AND your mechanism and work the gears properly. The bracket needs to be relocated. I've come up with a bracket that allows you to use the K20z3 shifter bracket and mount it to the K24z3/7 Transmissions that fixes that …
