Also, as an engineer, I have a pretty strong background in physics and math so my notes for that section are pretty bare. Otherwise, I feel that these notes are fairly detailed for the other sections and I used them as my main study resource. Additionally, I supplemented these notes with Khan Academy, UWORLD, and the 86 page P/S doc.

I am looking for an anki deck that is based specifically on the 300 or 86 page P/S document. I know the MileDown anki deck is often used along with these docs, but I am looking for an anki deck made only from the 300 page doc. I take Anki notes on the TPR chapters but just read the Kaplan pages so it isn't as bad especially over the course of a day. The 100pg (86pg) document is way more condense and tries to fit in as much info on the page as possible. I recommend you go over a P/S prep book first before you hit the 300 page doc unless you're short on time. On the actual exam, P/S actually tests more like CARS. The P/S in most AAMC FLs are not as representative of the modern MCAT's P/S as compared to the other sections imo. The 300 page KA P/S doc is very good material to go over. However, make sure you do the AAMC section bank and review FL 3 as those are most reflective of the types of questions you will come across on test day.

Just a PSA: Miledown's P/S deck is based on Kaplan's P/S book, which is notoriously incomplete. It's a good and aesthetically pleasing deck, but best used as a foundation for supplementing your own cards off another resource like UEarth.
