Med term was a self-paced online course with weekly quizzes. All classes (with the exception of Med Term which is quiz based) are exam based and curved fairly. However, do not depend on a curve, as only the low performing questions are tossed. This came from the words of the people that welcomed me during my interview. When many of us asked about a waitlist, they stated that there really isn't one that's established.... Hey, I’m a 1st year LECOM student—definitely be prepared with an answer or thoughts about why DO, why medicine, etc. as well as an answer/thoughts about professionalism. It's kind of a waste of time. However LECOM isn't even a school worth considering over 99% of MD schools. If OP had said OU-HCOM vs Wright State, I could understand that since the DO school is cheaper, has strong in state residency bias and its a public school supported by the state.Jul 6, 2012. Also, the email states that it could take weeks for all the requirements to be verified since they are inputted manually. So, I don't think we should worry since seems like they are taking their time.
