Memento Finally dropped! After hundreds of hours I FINALLY had the Memento backpack drop for me during a Summit run on challenging (go figure) with 3 directives. Now, I come to you, my fellow agents for ANY advice as to how to effectively use this gem of a gear piece. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated thank you in advance agents!Wow. It will compete for BiS on a build by build basis. It'll be interesting to create new builds with this in mind to enhance brand & gear sets with better attributes using this piece. But it won't provide 3 core attributes or armor and damage buffs like Memento, so both will have their place.But lately I’ve noticed that I can have my memento stacks full (30) and will lose them immediately if I fast travel into a safe zone. It didn’t used to work like this, unless I’m losing my mind. I used to fast travel around all over the map with a full memento backpack and just keep topping it off. I’m pretty sure anyway.Memento backpack and sokolov chest with Obliterate, you can also use intimidate but it won't always be up. Secondary weapon right now is Whatever AR (right now its M4) with killer for longer range when I can't get too close. Shotgun is useless paired with SMG because you need a long range weapon to kill things your SMG can't.Good luck out there. Targeted loot, no specific way. it's a world drop, best way to farm it is backpack targeted loot. Ask a hunter nicely he will direct you to the Outcast who made it for him. Targeted loot is good, open your exotic caches as well. Don't worry dude I've been farming solid for 4 weeks and no dice.
