RoundPoint fails to also competitively pay their employees. There is not a tiered pay scale where the employees know their salary range and cap. While their health insurance benefits are great, the other benefits offered, such a maternity leave or paid time off and sick leave, are not competitive for similar positions in their same industry.

The problems I had were 1) Nobody would ever return phone calls 2) They sent my mortgage to underwriting the day AFTER my mortgage was due to be fully approved because of the mortgage contingency.
