Personally, having own Both AVIs G-1 and M-422a, I'd go with the M-422a. Definitely better all round fit. Such a pleasure to wear. I would however, request the dark seal goat and mid brown thread (as used on the ANJ-3), makes for a great combo.

The guy who owns this one used to be on the forum.. not quite sure if he still is. Love the jacket though..the two tone looks awesome. The jacket itself is likely from the 1940s or 1950s, dated by a diamond Talon (the only original zipper on the jacket). It's the standard Cal Leather CHP, but it also has a third chest zipper. I probably won't use that, but it is pretty unusual. I don't notice them often on Cals.
