On my previous XC40 the dealer ended up changing the motors and also the discs in an attempt to rectify this to no avail!

However further on in the 'View all Specifications' and then the 'Drive Train' tab it says the Transmission is 'Semi-Automatic'. Then each driver profile can be synced up with the seat and mirror memory via the button M and button 1 and button 2 in driver door.
