It helps that Honda's CVTs seem to be quite well built for their smaller vehicle applications like the Civic and Accord. Even the best transmission fluid can only do so much if the transmission it's being used in is precision-crafted junk.
Honda CVTs are also pretty durable, I haven't seen a single Civic in the shop need a transmission yet, at any mileage. Or really any model with a CVT. We see some 10th gen Civics, newer Accords etc with over 100k miles.

I've seen people here driving 120k miles without changing CVT fluid.
