Honda crv rattling noise when driving.

I have a 2005 Honda CR-V with about 97,000 miles on it. I recently noticed that there’s a rattling sound when the car is idle but it disappear when driving. The noise can only heard outside. It is also intermittent. There is an arrow and window on the tensioner, if the arrow is close the being out of the window, the belt needs replaced. This is mimics the vtc actuator noise almost exactly.
