With TB500 I pin 5mg per week. I add just 1ml of bac water to a 5mg vial, and split it between 3 shots, and pin one a day until gone. So 1.67mg per day for 3 days in a row. Them 4 days off. I'm basically wrapping up a 9 week cycle of tb500 and bpc157 right now.
