Used to be injuries only really occurred when you played with them on the field too long and low stamina triggered possible injury scenarios. It made me respect the auto-sub settings. i had aaron jones in a madden league and his first touvh of the season led to him getting injured for the entire game.

Take off progressive fatigue. It’s broken in game. I personally turn that off then put in game fatigue to 100 so that you get rotation with players but not to the point where your starters barely play. Check my profile for the full Franchise settings I posted here a few days ago.
