Well the intake heater is a grid in the intake manifold. There is a solenoid mounted near the top of the intake manifold. Check those connections and the connection at the grid. I pulled both the solenoid relays off and found the back one not connecting across the poles when excited. So I took it apart and found it burnt across the contacts.CODES: Fault Code: 2555. Folks who have grid delete spacers report that the truck goes through the motions of pulsing the heaters.
