In my opinion, PCCs only interest me if it accepts the same magazine as my handgun. But if you insist, then i'd go with the KP9. just seems better out the box where as the Scorpion needs some upgrades for it to be comfortable. like fixing the Scorpions ambi safety from hitting your trigger finger.
