This BL2 Siren (Maya) Build is excellent for normal and true vault hunter mode, designed towards solo play with co-op potential. A straight forward build and very handy in either situation, with great crowd control and elemental damage potential.

Imo you only need 2 points for co-op. One in Res and one in Restoration, which you have. Most builds will have Converge and a slagging method like Ruin or Scorn. I think Thoughtlock is trash in co-op. My build resembles Derch's Twisted Pimp build (first link). You can hang back, snipe, and crowd control.
Anyway Maya is probably the most forgiving character in the game to build. Most people end up hitting the capstone in cataclysm because it's free slag, but a lot of the rest is preference.
