The tungsten slides forward in the carrier as it slams forward, and acts as a secondary carrier seater for positive primer strikes. Tungsten does nothing for semi auto fire.

The MKE trigger pack contains a full auto sear, but the full auto notch is ground off the hammer and the trip lever is in there but has its arm chopped off.
