Been here three times, and tried three different pho bowls from them. Here's my rankings for the following: 1. Pho duoi bo- 5/5. Solid oxtail pho and portions were good. Broth is great. 2. Pho dac biet-5/5. Good portions as well. Broth just as good as well. Just prefer oxtail a bit more than the traditional. 3. The small size pho was really tiny, I expected a little more food for a $12 pho. It was slightly bigger than the size of my fist (see picture). Ended up paying $2.5 for extra noodles - good news is, the portion for extra noodles was very generous. I think they gave me more noodles for the side of noodles order than the small size pho I ordered lol.

The Pho here is simply TO DIE FOR. Always good, broth is always well seasoned. This place is always clean, the waiters and waitresses are always friendly relaxed vibes. I have tried Pho at a great number of different places and nothing beats Pho Bistro. Their other dishes are great also.
