Hello all, Last night, I started getting the infamous “Action Required: Shift to Park” message on my 2018 Volt, with approx. 26,000 miles. Wiggling the shifter has made it go away each time. Searching the forum, though, I see mostly 2016 and 2017 models experiencing this issue. Well I just recieved the estimate. They want to replace the shift to correct the shift to park estimate $803.28 plus tax, 3rd tail light replacement $599.76 +tax, popping sound rear suspension repair. $ 1522.62. I figure I can replace the light. Not sure if I should go to another mechanic in lieu of the dealership for another opinion.
