The generic Relic Hunter Treasure Seeker is the best thrall in the game to get right now. The fighter version is the best fighter, with a huge wealth pool and a damage modifier of 0.02 less than the max damage modifier (Dalinsia, who can have half the health of a RHTS). I am currently playing on Siptah where I started from scratch in july, but I also spent a large amount of time on EL in the past. Now currently, while I have already built my endgame base, farmed bosses, vaults, spawning pools, and all that, I am still trying to complete my T4 crafter thralls. Especially blacksmith and armorers.
No idea, but it's under the sorcery branch, so I would try a sorcerer if anything. Gotcha, ill probably end up trying that then. Thank you. As far as I know, you can't put a thrall on that bench. Damn so weird they have a slot for one that they havent removed or fixed to let you put a thrall there then.

I have a thrall, my Warden, that has more HP at level 15 than my level 20 thrall despite the Warden losing 5 Vit and my L20 gaining 8 Vit. My L20 thrall's last perk?
