Dasher wont let me log in.

I had an issue where it would not let me enter via fingerprint as usual, so I had to do it with email and PW, enable fingerprint and put the PW in again. Had to use login and PW, but not a real problem. Usually do fingerprint. The login button on my DasherDirect app is grayed out and won't let me click it, so I can't log in and check my balance ...The reason for this is because Sims 3's Launcher still uses IE to function. 3.
