The concert gets underway at 5:45 p.m. on the Evansdale Rec Fields adjacent to the Student Rec Center . FallFest is free and open to WVU students with valid WVU student IDs. The Street Food Festival starts Saturday, Sept. 17 at 11 a.m. and Witch Fest will be happening later this fall on Oct. 29 starting at 3 p.m. Both events are happening at the Monongahela Aquatorium.DJ Envy is set to begin at 10 p.m. The Gluck Theatre will host a film festival beginning at 4 p.m. with Enough, followed by The Sum of All Fears at 6:30 p.m., Maid in Manhattan at 9 p.m., and Daredevil at 11 p.m. Admission for all films is free.
