May 9, 2015 · Golem's won't spawn til there are enough villagers. Villagers won't breed til there are 1) enough houses (which the farm provides) and 2) they are made willing*; I believe this achieved by giving them certain types & quantities of food (I think its 12 potatoes, 12 carrots or 3 bread) and/or trading with them.

I have been waiting for 3 hours but not even 1 golem has spawned. I know it takes some time for the minecraft engine to recognize the village but after 3 hours i think something is wrong.
