Hi. Hive Prince /Drone/Soldier are not good for combat imo. Prince good for research . In combat they are good support if their combat stats be it melee weapons/bow/MA are high. For me they always the first to go down if their combat stats are low in melee & lose limbs. Anyways best to experiment. Good luck.
