It depends on the type of ammo you wanna use. You pretty much always want free element/ammo up on all bow gun builds. Other than that try to get spare shot and then buff up the ammo type ur using (e.g. normal ammo up or boosting your specific element) But yeah lbg was kind of shafted in high rank and is pretty hard to make effective.
