Obituary. Sydney Allen Myers, 91, of Vinton passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023. He was the son of the late Frank Myers and Mattie Eula Wade Myers. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jane Elizabeth Myers. Sydney retired from Norfolk Southern and was also a Magistrate for Roanoke and Town of Vinton for 30 years.
