My litter robot is not cycling.
Yup I have the connect. My problem is my cat doesn't understand that it's storing his poop in the bottom, so when it starts to empty, he runs over and tries to pull it out of the litter robot. Usually if this happens, it will get stuck and say there is a cat sensor issue, which makes sense, but it won't finish the cycle and just gets stuck.
Check that the bonnet is seated properly. You should hear an audible “click” when the bonnet is on correctly. Inspect the bonnet tabs for damage and the sensor holes for litter debris. Make sure that the globe is seated completely in the base.
