You could "host" a multiplayer server, there is an admin setting that does something to that effect, iirc. Obviously that doesn't help you with a current character, but it's something.I was able to get in to the database with a browser and I *assume* you could delete the database and more would eventually spawn but I wouldnt try that on a prod server.
