First, I applied all the settings that I wanted, and to make sure I would get level 150 Dino’s, I turned the “difficulty level” slider to 1.0, and I check marked the setting “maximum difficulty.” I spawned in to the map and immediately noticed that the Dino’s were very low level, and were at levels at an interval of 4. The difficulty to find 150’s is 1.0, but keep in mind that they still aren’t super common since dinos will still spawn at levels like 20, 55, etc. At the start you'll only see low levels. Periodically do wild dino wipes as you progress and you'll start to see 150's more often. This is not a thing.

One thing I would suggest, is taming level 120 and up instead of only 150 and then breeding the best stats together. That way you can save time searching. Also, a level 120 can have better certain stats then a 150 when tamed, just luck of the draw.
