The 30 MPH standard starts at 30 MPH maxes out at 39 MPH. There may exist somewhere in the system where your standard speed is higher then the speed limit.Can't imagine how a system like rrecs, with all the flaws, unrealistic time standards, pay being effected because subs aren't doing scans, management not holding them accountable like spm scans, scans not showing up, etc can hold up if the association fought this. I was a sub for 12 years. I became regular in 2019, this rrecs has given me the courage to finally write to connect to other carriers. I have so many questions myself. There is a time line posted for the implementation of Rrecs , it was in the rrecs MOU , and I am almost certain the first evaluations under the new system come out in July.
