Honestly I had a great experience at Walgreens, but it's really because my coworkers, pharmacist and rxom are so amazing. I won't lie, the work itself is hell sometimes, and the benefits are okay (it's the first job I've had with benefits though so I don't have a reference). I do rotate with my technicians. I answer phone calls, give vaccines, fill, type almost all prescriptions since most of my technicians don’t or slow to type, and do some other technician jobs. No time to do managerial jobs. RXOM is absorbing a lot of the managerial and inventory duties. So yea anything that isn't in your job description I would stop (Then again if the rxom is petty he can just delegate them to you 😅).
