I lucked out though and when I went to clear it, it was almost entirely empty of zeds because we had recently cleared the nearby prison and I think the game redistributed the population around the cells, because it seemed odd to only see 5 or 6 zeds in total there.And even then there isn't that much of that. There are many zombies dressed in military uniforms, but in the base there is no area with weapons. So in my opinion the loot there is not worth the amount of zombies.
