Let me compare from my experience. I have a P320 X-Compact with a Romeo X Pro and a Wilson Combat grip module for the P320. As for the P365 I have the P365 X-Macro Tac-Ops with a Holosun 507K II Red. I did not remove the magwell. As for size, the length and height are practically identical, but the narrower width makes the P365 very easy to carry.
