2019 gmc acadia steering assist is reduced.
Steering assist reduced, No A/C, temp gauge drops to cold. Replaced Battery, replaced temperature sensor, had radiator flushed. Have taken negative off and reset multiple times. Now when I turn on A/C, same things happen, except the A/C is now stuck on!!! Have thermostat on order, any other ideas would be awesome!!

We have this 2019 Acadia where all of a sudden, at random, the radiator fan runs on high constantly, the AC stops blowing cold air, the thermostat gauge on the dash drops to the C, and the Power Assist is reduced and pops up as a message on the dash as well. I’ve read these forums and the temp sensor seems to be the issue. Has anyone replaced that and it actually works without faulting again?
No. GMC Mechanic: Tom. Ok good news it's covered under warranty including the tow to the dealer. Most common is a steering angle sensor failed . This will cause this issue you are having. The dealer will scan it with there scanner and once they have the code they can pinpoint the failure.
