In atm7 there are new apotheosis 'reforge' materials and two new stations. One breaks items down into their rarity materials (ie epic, mythic etc ) while the other uses these materials, and gem dust ( obtained by dropping an anvil on gems) to change the affix of an item, and through that it's stats, effects, and gem slots.
