Apr 6, 2008 · So, looking somewhat objectively, here's my pros and cons of each city: Atlanta: - mild winter, oppressive summer (watering and burning restrictions) - tornadoes. - mass transit isn't entirely worthless, but is nowhere near the scale in Chicago, so a car is virtually a necessity if timely mobility is important.
