Thats the most important thing. Now if you mean build wise and you mean to be more of a villain or anti hero then oathbreaker is great. They mess with undead, cause fear and madness etc. Aura of hate is bugged for your summons it doesn’t give the buff unfortunately it does buff your pc characters tho.
Out of the ones available in BG3, I'd say Devotion and Ancients would for sure smite it. A chaotic good vengeance pally might utilize it as a tool to smite their enemies. I don't think reading it breaks your oath, but maybe they'd give it to Gale to use (more morally "safe" than Astarion likely).
