I would stick to comquest. COMLEX is just so different. There were a lot of first order questions and a lot of questions where I could literally just read the last sentence and know the answer. The material is also different. USMLE is so heavy in biochem and the first few chapters of Pathoma whereas comlex is so MSK, Neuro, OPP, and Micro heavy.

Update for lurkers/those that care: We just received the feedback from yesterday's COMSAE 103b. Average was a 460 with a standard deviation of 80. Median score of 450. The school seems happy with this, but that seems like an awfully large amount of people that scored below 400 in a class of ~200.

I recently took a COMSAE 107 and got a 569. I retook this exam from when I first took it in early March. I originally got a 360. I didn't recognize any of the questions and never reviewed 107 so, hopefully I am ready for the real thing.
